This incredible sausage is made from 100% lean boneless pork. You‘ll be delighted by its smoky taste as well as its citrus and chili pepper, flavor.
While it tends to be a hit on its own you can add it to sauce, stews, and breakfast dishes or in place of a hotdog, ground up in tacos and burritos. Whichever way you choose to eat it, it‘ll delight your tastebuds!
Our Bolita recipe originated in Mexico 50 years ago and has been passed down for two generations. Plus, it‘s air-dried for a minimum of 16 hours.
