A mixture of spices with a blend of red color giving it a paste texture. It is specially used to make pork chorizo although it is recommended for all meats: chicken, beef and pork. 

INGREDIENTS:
Water, Red Chile, Orange Juice, Vinegar, Salt, Contains less than 2% seasonings of (Corn Flour, Dextrose, Deheated Mustard, Paprika, Salt, Granulated Garlic, Spices, Turmeric, FD&C RED #40) Granulated Garlic, Granulated Onion, Spices.
